Robyn Wiener - President of Women in Film
Last night September 29th, I attended the 12th annual Martini Madness party at The Edge on Granville. Presented by Women in Film & Television Vancouver, this is their annual fundraising event which marks the unofficial kickstart for the Vancouver International Film Festival.
Robyn Wiener, President of the organization spoke and welcome everyone to the event and invited them to celebrate and network. Their organization supports women in film but a lot of the support comes from the men in the industry as well.
The Vancouver Women in Film Festival takes place March 4-8, 2011.
