The 23rd annual festival takes place November 10 to 20 at the Ridge Theatre as well as Oakridge Cinemas. The opening night film “The Flood” is Directed by Guy Nattiv; it was awarded Best Film in the Haifa Film Festival, the film will screen at Oakridge Cinemas. A Gala party will be held after the film.
