About a frat house and the university that wants to bulldoze the frat house. The frat boys hatch a plan to save their frat house and enlist anther group on campus to stage a musical with them called Sigma Acapella with them that’s great and the best musical ever with the idea of it being a hit and the university dean to change his tune.

In the 2nd half of the show, a few things are at play that include a buddying romance developing between Ray (Nathan Mannion Haastrup) and Oliver (Blake Sartin); Alpha Alpha wants to destroy the musical and deter it from taking place; Dean Guy has his own plan to derail the school musical so that his own plan of profitable housing can go ahead. In the end the town mayor attends the performance and loved it, the mayor finds out about Dean Guy’s deceitful plan.
