In our Spring edition of our Dumpling Fest dining tour in Edmonton it took place on April 9 at these restaurants and here are the tasting plates they served.
Mr & Mrs Singh Kitchen (10810 124 St, Edmonton) served a Samosa, Pakoras Baingan and Gulab jamun.
It’s Sumo (8026 118 Ave NW, Edmonton) served Chicken Gyoza, Shrimp and Salmon Gyoza and Vegi Gyoza with side of Gyoza sauce.
Mr. Bun (10828 Whyte Ave NW, Edmonton) served a Pork and cabbage dumpling and a Chive and shrimp dumpling.
An Vat Edmonton (3555 Gateway Blvd NW, Edmonton) served Glutinous Rice Flour Dumplings and Salted Egg Cupcakes.
It was another fun night for everyone to visit the participating restaurants and eat some unique and tasty dumplings.
