Our Noodle Mania Fest took place in Edmonton on March 26 at these restaurants and here are the tasty plates they served.
RJ Tasty Bites (9711 107 Ave NW, Edmonton) served their Filipino Pancit topped with egg, roast pork and chicharron.
Mr. Bun (10828 Whyte Ave NW, Edmonton) served their Chinese Shanghai-style noodles with a choice of spicy Dan Dan or a clear broth.
An Vat Edmonton (3555 Gateway Blvd NW, Edmonton) served their Vietnamese desserts, including rainbow pearl jelly with “noodle” strips and cassava cake strands with coconut.
The restaurants featured many unique and tasty dishes to our guests to eat and drink throughout the event.
