I attended a very unique type of tea party yesterday in Vancouver, Ayala Sender was the host and there were 20 guests. Pedro Villalon of DaoTea was the guest who talked about his tea and told enchanting stories about Tea in China as well as poured tea for everyone to taste.
Ayala had baked a variety of treats and my favourites were the Carrot Cookie Sandwiches, Hazelnut Chocolate Brownies and the Espionage Truffles. Afterwards Ayala talked about her Perfumes and Scents, asides from a wonderful baker she is a perfumer and founder of the perfume house Ayala Moriel Parfums, based in Canada.
She is devoted to the art of natural perfumery and all her fragrances are hand-made of 100% pure botanical extracts. In cooperation with top designers Ayala Moriel created original bottles and packages for her perfumes. Crafted with passion and integrity. Ayala Moriel Parfums creates beautiful, sensual and inspiring Natural Perfumes. They have a line of Ready-To-Wear fragrances, as well as Bespoke Services, in which you can be an active participant in the creation of your own Signature Perfume.
Ayala not only creates these Parfums, she also makes chocolate truffles and will soon launch an Espionage Chocolate Bar which will be available for sale in Chocolatiers throughout Canada and beyond. If you are interested in attending one of her tea parties that she hosts a few times a year, you should get in touch with her, perhaps she will host larger tea parties so more people can experience this wonder.
