Our Dumpling Fest took place in Halifax on July 30 at these restaurants and here are the tasty plates they served.
Poke Go & Broth House (1588 Granville Street, Halifax) served their Asian style Chicken Potsticker, Vegetarian Potsticker, Handmade Spicy Wonton with a touch of their house dipping sauce.
Halina Cafe & Bar (2603 Connolly St, Halifax) served their Lumpiang Shanghai (Filipino-style spring rolls made with ground pork and vegetables).
SpiritSpring (Unit C, 1070 Barrington St, Halifax) served their Chinese Chicken and turkey dumpling, Pork and shrimp wonton with sour sesame sauce, served with some homemade cucumber pickles, Fried lotus root and a mini version of their Wonton soup.
Hyderabad Nawabs (287 Lacewood Dr Unit 119, Halifax) served their Indian Punugulu, Veg Manchurian with Veg Biryani Rice and Plain Naan.
The restaurants featured many unique and tasty dishes to our guests to eat throughout the event.
