On Friday Sept 30, I attended the Vancouver International Film Festival Canadian Images Gala Party at Joey’s on Burrard. Guests sipped on wine, beer and cocktails and ate sushi cones, sliders, tuna tataki, flatbread, and pumpkin spice donuts!

This was the 2nd year that I attended this party and this was the best one thus far as I talked with film producers, actors, and directors from Canada as well as from around the world.

The Vancouver International Film Festival, which is the biggest showcase of Canadian film in the world, will screen 80 Canadian films including 26 from British Columbia.
